Welcome to Suzie’s Cookie Kitchen!

In my grandmother’s warm kitchen, I would watch as she measured and mixed and we made memories. Later, with my mom, I became the one mixing and measuring, always remembering that love. Baking and cooking have sustained me even as I worked as a single mother. Nothing made me happier than baking for my son, Craig. After painful losses and the challenges of re-imagining my life, I know what pleasure a baked treat can bring to someone.

I love to share my baked treats with my family and friends. I hope you will enjoy them too.

    Our Chocolate Chunk Cookies are special. These have a little more chocolate in them compared to a chocolate chip cookie. Who doesn’t like more chocolate?

    These moist and chewy cookies are for all the chocolate lovers out there. Grab that glass of milk and start dunking!

  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Babycakes

    It’s the perfect combo: chocolate cake & chocolate peanut butter frosting. These babycakes are 2-3 bites of goodness. You must give these a try if you love chocolate & peanut butter!

  • Snickerdoodles

    These classic cookies are a little crispy on the edges and a little chewy on the inside. They are loaded with oats, cinnamon, raisins and walnuts (optional).

    These are cream cheese-based cookies with a slight lemony glaze. One of my most popular cookies. Give someone a little bit of happiness!

  • Vanilla Babycakes with Strawberry Buttercream Frosting

    These are a 2-3 bite-size cupcake. Just enough to curb your sweet tooth. Not too sweet; just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. Babycakes come in a variety of flavor choices.
